Integrated titanium manufacturing with traceable quality and predictable lead times
Ehisen provides integrated titanium anode services—from CAD and machining to surface prep, precious-metal coating, inspection, and export packaging. Built for quality, cost control, and on-time delivery.
Titanium raw material processing
Melting, forging, rolling, heat-treating, and precision cutting/forming of titanium plates, bars, tubes, and mesh. Delivered to your drawings, tolerances, and surface requirements.
Titanium raw material welding and cutting
TIG/GTAW welding with full argon protection, plus CNC cutting (waterjet/laser/saw). Clean welds, controlled distortion, and stable geometry ready for downstream coating.
Machined Parts and Coating Area Estimation
2D→3D CAD conversion, zoned area tables, and accurate g/㎡ budgeting—so quotes, current/voltage/time, and cost align with real, manufacturable geometry.
Surface treatment of coated surfaces
Grit blasting, polishing, and finishing to the target Ra for uniform wetting. Surface readiness is documented so adhesion—and subsequent MMO or platinum coating steps—remain consistent.
Acid washing immersion treatment
Controlled pickling/soaking to remove oxides and activate the titanium surface. pH/ORP tracked with documented curves for repeatable pre-treatment quality.
Precious Metal Coating Prep
Formulation and mixing for Ru–Ir, Ir–Ta, and Pt systems. Solids/solvents/additives are matched to your electrolyte, current density, and lifetime goals.
Coating sintering and multi-coating
Brush/spray/roll application, 100–200 °C drying, ≥ 400 °C oxidation (10–15 min) with forced cooling; multi-pass build for uniform thickness and adhesion.
Quality inspection and calibration
CMM dimension checks, Ra tests, pinhole/spark tests, SEM/EDS on request, and full batch traceability—inspection reports aligned to ISO-style records.
Final Assembly and Packaging
Pre-assembly to drawing, photo/video confirmation, anti-scratch and moisture-proof packaging, and export-ready crates compliant with ISPM-15.
