Grit blasting, polishing, and finishing to the target Ra for uniform wetting. Surface readiness is documented so adhesion—and subsequent MMO or platinum coating steps—remain consistent.
Controlled pickling/soaking to remove oxides and activate the titanium surface. pH/ORP tracked with documented curves for repeatable pre-treatment quality.
Formulation and mixing for Ru–Ir, Ir–Ta, and Pt systems. Solids/solvents/additives are matched to your electrolyte, current density, and lifetime goals.
Brush/spray/roll application, 100–200 °C drying, ≥ 400 °C oxidation (10–15 min) with forced cooling; multi-pass build for uniform thickness and adhesion.
CMM dimension checks, Ra tests, pinhole/spark tests, SEM/EDS on request, and full batch traceability—inspection reports aligned to ISO-style records.
Pre-assembly to drawing, photo/video confirmation, anti-scratch and moisture-proof packaging, and export-ready crates compliant with ISPM-15.
